How long does wedding hair and makeup take?
Typically, bridal hair and makeup takes about 3-4 hours, depending on the complexity of your look.
How much is hair and makeup for a wedding?
Wedding hair and makeup packages range from $400 to $1500, tailored to your needs.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance to ensure your date is available and allow time to plan your bridal preview. However, we understand that destination weddings don’t always follow a perfect timeline—if you’re working with a shorter window, just let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.
To secure your booking, a 20% deposit and signed agreement are required.
Do I need to schedule a bridal preview for my hair and makeup?
A preview is not required, but it is highly recommended. A bridal preview session allows us to perfect your wedding day look, ensuring everything is tailored to your style and vision. If you prefer, we also offer complimentary phone consultations to discuss your bridal beauty expectations before your big day.
Preparing for Your Bridal Preview
What to Bring:
✔ A photo of your wedding dress to complement your beauty look.
✔ Inspiration images of makeup and hairstyles you love.
✔ Any hair accessories you’d like to incorporate.
Prepping Your Skin:
✔ Exfoliate gently a day before your preview to ensure smooth makeup application.
✔ Hydrate well and avoid excessive sun exposure leading up to your session.
✔ Pause retinol use at least 3 days before your preview.
✔ If you have dry skin, consider taking Omega-3, Vitamin C, D, and E supplements for a healthy glow.
✔ Avoid last-minute facials or new skincare treatments to prevent irritation. We recommend starting facials 6 to 8 months before your wedding for the best results.
✔ If needed, visit a brow specialist before your wedding day for a professional shaping.
Prepping Your Hair:
✔ Dry or damp? If you are receiving a blowout, please arrive with damp hair. Otherwise, for hairstyling, your hair must be completely dry when we begin.
✔ For curls or waves: Avoid flat-ironing your hair.
✔ Oily hair concerns: If your hair tends to get oily quickly, wash it on the day of your wedding and request a blowout. Ideally, hair should have a bit of natural texture for better styling, but excessively oily hair can be difficult to work with.
